- We can’t repair properly unless we check your frame condition. Please contact our dealers near you and have it checked and repaired by them when a frame or any parts is damaged or broken, or you lose even a screw. Also please do not try to repair a broken frame by yourself. We suggest having your frame adjusted after the repair is done or any parts are changed.
Please know that we may need several days to answer your enquiries. On Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, the New Year’s holiday, we will be available to answer you after the next business day.
